Blueberry Basil Lemonade

Instructions:
- Make simple syrup: dissolve sugar in half the water (warm or boiled), then let cool.
- Blend blueberries with the remaining water using an immersion blender.
- Lightly bruise basil leaves to release flavor.
- In a pitcher, combine syrup, blueberry blend, lemon juice, and basil.
- Add cold still or sparkling water if needed to taste. Stir well and serve over ice.
